I ordered this CUSTOM gown as a reception dress from Lily Wedding for $198 plus $30 shipping.  It ended up being fancier than I wanted and the brown was too light.  Otherwise it's beautiful!  I never wore it, so let my loss be your gain.  The custom measurements are below, but it is similar to a women's size 16/18.  I am 4'11" and had it made to floor length on me, which is 51" from shoulder to hem.  It is perfect for someone who is plus-sized and petite, OR tea-length on someone taller.  Absolutely gorgeous lace with beads, sequins, and floral details.  Low V-back, zipper with hook closure.  Very comfy, and I've been told it's a bit "Mad Men" style, which is very in!
