We are looking to get married in Florida come Oct 2010 and we are having a hard time finding a rental house on the beach that will allow for a small reception 20 people max. We are trying to stay on the gulf coast between Clearwater and St. Petes Beach

If anyone has any suggestions I'd be grateful.
